Buyback & Exchange Policy

Welcome to the Sparkle Assurance Program, an exclusive benefit offered by Sparkle Jewels to provide complete peace of mind with every fine diamond jewellery purchase. Whether you wish to upgrade, exchange, or avail buyback, we ensure a transparent and fair process handled with integrity.

1. Buyback Policy

Eligibility

Buyback is applicable when:

• The jewellery was purchased directly from Sparkle Jewels

• The original invoice and certification are presented

• The jewellery is in good, wearable condition, subject to inspection by our internal quality team

The final buyback amount is calculated based on current market rates:

2. Exchange / Upgrade Policy

Customers may upgrade their jewellery at any time under the Sparkle Assurance Program.

Exchange Benefits

• 100% Credit on Diamond Value when upgrading to a new product of higher value (any category).

• 100% of the prevailing gold rate will be adjusted toward the new piece.

Terms & Conditions

• The original invoice and certificate must be provided.

• The new product must be at least 20% higher in value than the exchanged item.

• Only one exchange per invoice is permitted.

Non-Acceptable Cases

Buyback or exchange will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Jewellery not purchased from Sparkle Jewels

• International Orders

• Missing original invoice or diamond certification (IGI, SGL, etc.)

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items

• Jewellery with physical damage, cracks, chipped stones, or missing stones

• Repairs or modifications done outside Sparkle Jewels

• Items resized or altered beyond safe structural limits

• Loose diamonds purchased separately (unless specifically covered)

• Requests made by third parties or non-purchasers

• Gold coins, gift cards, or promotional/free scheme items

• Combo or bundle purchases not returned as a complete set

• Requests made beyond the applicable timeline

3. Inspection & Processing

All buyback or exchange requests undergo a formal inspection.

• Our quality team will perform a detailed assessment and provide a final valuation.

• The customer must approve the valuation within 15 days.

• Payments for approved buyback requests may take 15–20 business days to process.

• All final decisions rest solely with Sparkle Jewels’ internal quality & compliance team.

4. Logistics & Returns

• Customers may visit our studio or request a pickup (based on availability of our logistics partner; shipping charges apply).

• All items must be securely packed with the required documentation.

• Sparkle Jewels is not responsible for loss or damage caused during transit if an unverified courier service is used.

5. Important Notes

• Buyback amounts are processed via bank transfer only. No cash payments will be made.

• No buyback or exchange request will be accepted during promotional or free schemes.
