At Sparkle Jewels, we want every jewellery piece to feel perfectly suited to you — comfortable, beautifully crafted, and the right fit for everyday wear. This policy explains how our resizing process works and the conditions that apply.


Resizing Policy Details

We provide one complimentary resizing for eligible products, including rings, wristlets, and bangles, within 15 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction:

  • We cover the cost of insured return shipping for the first resize.

  • The resizing process may result in minor metal weight changes.

    • If the value difference is greater than ₹500 (India), the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  • Certain designs may not be resizable due to their stone setting, structure, or pattern.

    • We will inform you if your product cannot be resized at the time of ordering or when the resizing request is submitted.

  • If you request resizing after the 15-day period, you can still reach out to our team.

    • Resizing may still be possible but may include a service fee.


Conditions & Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for resizing. These include:

  • Jewellery altered, repaired, engraved, or resized by any third party other than Sparkle Jewels

  • Items that have already been resized once under this policy

  • Designs that cannot structurally support resizing

  • International Orders

Please note:

  • Once you initiate a resizing request, the item will no longer be eligible for the 15-day return policy.

  • Resizing does not affect your lifetime exchange or buyback eligibility, unless the item has been altered by a third party.


How to Request a Resizing

If you wish to have your jewellery resized, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery through email, WhatsApp, or website chat.

  2. We will guide you through the process of sending your jewellery back using insured shipping.

  3. Once the piece reaches us, our artisans will carry out the resizing, provided the design allows it.

  4. We will return the resized item to you at no cost for the first resize.


Third-Party Services

If shipping partners or logistics vendors are involved during the resizing process, Sparkle Jewels ensures that your jewellery is handled securely. We only work with verified service providers who follow strict safety and handling guidelines. No customer personal data is shared with third parties except when required for shipping and communication purposes.


Your Rights

As a Sparkle Jewels customer, you have the right to:

  • Request one free resizing within the stipulated period

  • Receive full clarity on whether your design is eligible for resizing

  • Understand any cost differences before the resizing is completed

  • Decline resizing if you do not agree to weight difference charges (if applicable)
