Do you make customised jewellery?
Yes! Most of our customers share designs they love, and our expert artisans bring them to life. You can also choose from our design catalogues and customize them with your preferred diamond type, stone size, and gold purity.
Do you offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes, we work with both. You can choose natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds depending on your preference and budget. Both options come with IGI/SGL certification.
Are your products hallmarked and certified?
Yes, we do — but with certain conditions. Since custom jewellery is made specifically for you, the buyback/exchange value may vary and will be communicated clearly before you place the order.
Where are you located? Can I visit your office?
We’re based in Ahmedabad, but we are an online-only jeweller. This helps us keep costs low and pass the savings directly to you.
How do I place an order for a customised design?
You can share your design with us via our website, WhatsApp, or email. Our team will create a CAD/3D render for approval. Once confirmed, we begin crafting your piece as per your chosen diamond type, gold purity, and size.
What is the meaning of Market Value in Lifetime Buyback and Exchange?
“Market Value” refers to the current prevailing price of gold, diamonds, or gemstones at the time of exchange or buyback. Your buyback/exchange value will be calculated based on this rate.
Do you offer Lifetime Exchange and Buyback?
Yes, we offer Lifetime Exchange and Buyback on all our jewellery (except customised/personalised orders and engraved pieces).
Do you offer Lifetime Exchange and Buyback on Custom Orders?
Yes, we do — but with certain conditions. Since custom jewellery is made specifically for you, the buyback/exchange value may vary and will be communicated clearly before you place the order.
I lost my invoice. Can I still return my item?
Yes, we can verify your purchase through our records. However, having the invoice speeds up the return/exchange process.
What if I want to exchange or return my jewellery?
We offer a buyback and exchange policy. For exact details on timelines and conditions, please check our policies page or contact our team.
What items are not returnable?
Jewellery that’s worn, mishandled, modified, customised, or engraved cannot be returned. Please ensure items are returned in original condition.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No. Return shipping is free within 15 days of delivery.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since all our jewellery is made-to-order, it usually takes 15-20 working days for crafting and certification. Shipping within India is free and insured.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across India with free insured delivery. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer care team.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets. EMI options are also available for select banks and cards.
