Welcome to the Sparkle Returns Program!
We want you to love your jewellery. If not completely satisfied, our 15-day, no-questions-asked return & exchange policy makes returns simple and fair.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- Available within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Jewellery must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original certificate & invoice.
2. Defective / Damaged Items
- 100% refund or exchange if the item is damaged or incorrect, upon inspection post-return.
3. Regular Returns (No Defect)
- Returns are subject to a ₹1500 shipping/handling fee deducted from the refund.
- Exchanges receive 100% value applied to a new purchase.
4. High-Value Transactions
- Orders above ₹100,000 are eligible for exchange only—no direct refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved pieces.
- Loose solitaires (covered under a separate buyback policy).
- International orders are not covered under this policy.
6. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Email support@sparklejewels.in (cc: your order number) within 15 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, invoice, certificate copy, and photos of the piece.
- Once approved, we'll send return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label (where available).
- Return the item to undergo quality inspection and valuation.
- Upon approval, refunds or exchange credits are processed within 10-14 business days via your original payment mode (minus ₹1500 if applicable).
7. Policy Constraints
- Only one return/exchange per invoice under this 15-day plan.
- If you've already completed an exchange via this policy, further returns are not eligible.
- The value of any freebies/gifts returned will be deducted proportionally.
- Refunds will exclude any discount portions from promotions.
8. After 15 Days
- All requests after 15 days are ineligible under this policy. Only our standard Buyback & Exchange Policy applies.
9. Shipping & Liability
- A prepaid label will be used where available; otherwise, you pay for return shipping.
- We are not liable for returned packages that do not show valid tracking.
10. Processing Timeline
- Inspection & valuation: Up to 5 business days after receipt.
- Refund/replacement: 15-20 business days after customer approval.
